Hoja products are meant for the age of 21 and above. Blooming Herbs LLC., hereafter referred as BHLLC does not take responsibility of misrepresentation of the age by buyers.
All products of BHLLC are intended to be used with permissible legal byproducts and products. Buyers are solely responsible for any legal consequence due to misuse of the product against the law of the land.
No refunds or exchanges will be done after 20 days of purchasing the products. If and whenever required, products can be exchanged or returned within 20 days of purchase as per the policy of BHLLC.
Whenever and if returned or exchanged, all products purchased from BHLLC, must be unused and have the original packaging. Receipt or proof of purchase and a Return Merchandise Authorization is required to return or exchange the product.
To obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization, email support@hoja.world with your reason for the return and attach a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase. No partial refund will be granted and all refunds will be applicable as per company policy. We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
BHLLC dispatches every consignment within 24-48 hours of receiving the order. However, the return of the product as well as all other deliveries will take considerable time, depending on customer’s area/geographical location.
BHLLC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST/ STOLEN MAIL & ORDERS AWAITING CUSTOM CLEARANCE
REPLACEMENTS OF ORIGINAL ORDERS PLACED FOR THESE SITUATIONS WILL BE REVIEWED AND APPROPRIATE ACTION WILL BE TAKEN ON A CASE-BY-CASE BASIS.
